We are moving from NY to NJ and our NY realtor refered Carolyn to us. Very professional, punctual, friendly with complete attention to details, Carolyn added technological twist to the real estate transactions. We received weekly emails with all available listings within our parameters and unlike on most internet sides all information - taxes, HOA fees and room sizes were available. When we made an offer, we don’t need to come to office, everything were done using DOTLOOP for PC, tablet or smartphone. She refered us lawyer and home inspectors ( multiple choices and very good ones ). We are sure that you will understand our highest opinion, if you select Carolyn as your realtor.

My family has purchased multiple homes in the area, and we've only worked with Carolyn on those transactions.

Simple reason really, she is the best we've ever worked with.

She knows the marketplace inside and out, always has the correct guidance and advise regarding all aspects of the process, and has always had our best interests in mind.

We trust her implicitly and always follow her advice. We would not choose anyone else.

Carolyn was extremely helpful and very patient with us when we made the move from NYC to Madison. We really didn’t know the area as well as we thought, and she was tireless in her efforts to show us a good cross section of the available homes. Carolyn also made us feel so at ease and earned our trust very quickly. She was a great negotiator and advisor. We ultimately found the perfect house for our family. Carolyn really knows real estate. I would not consider using any other agent if I ever moved.

My husband and I were looking for a new home for just over a year with Carolyn's assistance. Throughout our entire experience with Carolyn, she always made us feel like a priority. She was very quick to set up appointments to see homes and always very knowledgeable about the area we were looking. On numerous occasions, Carolyn provided detailed information on school systems, property tax, comparables, and etc. We found her to be very honest and felt she genuinely cared about our happiness with our final decision. With Carolyn's help, we found our beautiful home in Bridgewater, NJ and paid the exact price we wanted. We were happy to find our home but sad to end our time seeing homes with Carolyn! We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a home. Thanks, Carolyn!

Carolyn is personable, knowledgeable and highly efficient. She very rapidly and astutely learned my home preferences and showed me features in each home that she knew would be of special interest to me as buyer. She is also very knowledgeable about the market and the home-buying process in general. Not only did she send me comps for homes, but she regularly provided me with literature regarding trends in the market, and tips for home-buying. I am very impressed by Carolyn's expertise and would recommend her highly to a buyer who wants to work with the best!

Carolyn is a professional broker with strong ethical standards and who works hard to achieve optimal results for her clients. She is honest and straightforward in her dealings and works with clients to make either the sale or purchase of your home, the best experience for you. She went out of her way to assist with the sale of my home and was an invaluable resource when needed. Her experience is vast. Truly, she is a rare find.

Carolyn has worked with us over the course of a couple years trying to find a home in the Morris County area of NJ. My wife and I were very pleased to find that Carolyn was the most organized, clear, and diligent realtor that we had interviewed. Carolyn's attention to detail is second to none! Each time she met with us for an appointment, she would take notes and build (in her mind) up an evolving "profile" of the type of house we wanted. She would often follow-up with an email summarizing what we liked and what we didn't like after each appointment, in order to make it clear that she understood our feedback. While that may not be necessary for some people, I found it to be a terrific indicator that Carolyn was listening to our needs. Carolyn would draw upon her experiences with other homeowners to offer up on the spot workable solutions to potential issues we would note in a home. We found her ideas and connections to reputable contractors and inspectors to be very valuable. She even recommended an excellent home inspector that had experience with historic homes. She did this by reaching out to her network, which shows that Carolyn's network is also a very valuable resource to potential homeowners.

At the end of the day, we actually ended up purchasing a home in Ridgewood, NJ. Carolyn was so good that we asked her to help us search for homes outside of her normal area (Summit, Chatham, Madison, etc) and she helped us with homes in Bergen County. The reason I mention this is because most of the homes in Bergen County are 40-50 minutes away from Carolyn's home office. Despite that, she was flexible and always made it up to the Bergen County area on time (often 10 mins early) and despite the fact that she was servicing other clients on her very busy Saturdays and Sundays. We appreciated that very much.

Carolyn does this for a living. Said a different way, this is not another side-job to Carolyn. As such we think Carolyn is a subject matter expert in her field. She has data, data and more data. She has tools and resources that other realtors do not. We purchased a very historic home that was hard to price due to a lack of recent sales in the area. Carolyn's analytical resources made us feel comfortable with how we approached our bidding process.

The close was a bit of a process to say the least as the home had some major plumbing and electrical issues that needed to be handled by the seller. These projects were hard to price, and in order to determine our estimates we relied on Carolyn to reach out to the municipality, contractors, etc., to build the cost of each project. This allowed us to focus on our day-jobs and resulted in us confidently providing the Seller's with a good approximation of the expected credit we wanted during our attorney review.

We would recommend Carolyn in a minute to anyone looking to buy a home. She will completely fulfill your expectations and truly be not only a great agent but a great friend by the time you purchase your home.
